Sakhisizwe Community Project is the ambassador of acknowledging the youth skills

It was a great opportunity to be amongst the chosen few to take part in this ground breaking initiative in our lifetime, I highly recommend Sakhisizwe community project as an agent for change and a pioneer of youth life changing initiatives. I am highly motivated by the utilization of the 4th Industrial revolution platform parrellel to the COVID-19 pandemic. In my own knowledge Sakhisizwe has experience in what they are doing and they are good at it. We have learnt how to be good leaders, being able to motivate your team and also have a positive attitude with regards to achieving team objectives. We were fortunate enough to also learn about types of motivation and motivation triggers. I would personally like to thank Sakhisizwe for the exceptional work they have done.

Working with the Sakhisizwe team has been so nice and beneficial, I have learnt alot of things about motivation, different kinds of motivation, leadership principles and the skills that an individual needs in order to be a good leader. I also learnt phrases such as, do not manage the case, lead the people.
