Sakhisizwe Community Project is the ambassador of acknowledging the youth skills
It was a great opportunity to be amongst the chosen few to take part in this ground breaking initiative in our lifetime, I highly recommend Sakhisizwe community project as an agent for change and a pioneer of youth life changing initiatives. I am highly motivated by the utilization of the 4th Industrial revolution platform parrellel to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is an open secret that Sakhisizwe CP touches the lives of the society in massive ways.
In my own knowledge Sakhisizwe has experience in what they are doing and they are good at it. We have learnt how to be good leaders, being able to motivate your team and also have a positive attitude with regards to achieving team objectives. We were fortunate enough to also learn about types of motivation and motivation triggers. I would personally like to thank Sakhisizwe for the exceptional work they have done.
Working with the Sakhisizwe team has been so nice and beneficial, I have learnt alot of things about motivation, different kinds of motivation, leadership principles and the skills that an individual needs in order to be a good leader. I also learnt phrases such as, do not manage the case, lead the people.
The Clermont Youth Centre is a facility provided by Sakhisizwe Community project, this facility assists the youth with resources that make it less hard for them to navigate through life and make things easier for themselves, from offering accredited courses under the Organizations name, to helping the youth apply to university and get funding from NSFAS and any other foundations that are willing to assist the youth so they can learn and have a comfortable university / college life.
The clermont youth has been shaping the youth of Clermont as well towards the eliminating the rate of substance abuse in the community by getting our youth into rehabilitation programmes that help detox the users and get them into rehabilitative centres that take care of them until they have finally beat their addictions, they then join our aftercare programmes which help eliminate the risk of them going back and helps them become inspirations to others.
